How will I know when my item shipped?
We'll email you a shipping notification once your order has left the warehouse. We send this to the email address you have on file with eBay. If your email address is out of date, take a moment to update it so you won't miss any of our notifications.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
It depends! On each listing we show you an estimate (not a guarantee) for the time it generally takes for the package to arrive at your zip code. The delivery date is calculated including the time it takes to leave our warehouse. For estimate delivery date, click on the link "See Details" on the row of return (2 rows below the display of delivery date) then enter your zip code.
Where do you ship to?
Shipping is available to physical addresses in the contiguous United States only. We don't ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, and we don't ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes.
Can I ship my order to an address other than my eBay registered address?
You can change your address during checkout by clicking the 'Change Shipping Address' link.
Cancellation:
Once you place your order, we begin processing it immediately. Most of our products ship out on the same day an order is placed. Cancellation or changes to your order, please send us message through your eBay account.
If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it can't be cancelled by you or by our Customer Care Center. However, you may return the item subject to our return policy.
If you refuse a shipment for any reason other than visible damage (such as box crushed, torn) you will be responsible for round trip shipping cost (also for free shipping item) and 15% restocking fee. If you choose to refuse the delivery due to unacceptable damage, you must note the damages on the delivery receipt. Please contact our Customer Care to notify us of the refusal.

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund (you meet the below eligibility criteria) less any shipping costs. The items must be in new and resalable condition (with no cut, scratches or contact with water/sand), original intact packaging with all tags and accessories.
RESTOCK Fee will be WAIVED subject to meeting of all eligibility criteria stated herein.
In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective, please call us within 5 days of receipt and we will send you the correct product, replacement product, or replacement parts at no cost to you.
All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting our Customer Care Center through your eBay account. Outside the box, write your RMA number and your return address. We recommend you choose a shipping method that is track-able.
Refund Time: You should receive your refund in 5-10 business days to your original payment method after the return is received.
The customer to pay for cost of return shipping (not reimbursable / we do not issue prepaid return labels) to return the item back to us for the reason for return is not a result of our error.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: Deduct 50% of item's price, outbound shipping cost and you pay directly to shipper to return. (not reimbursable / we do not issue prepaid return labels)
Refund policy does not cover products damaged due to neglect, improper usage, or Acts of Nature.
If you return a product that has free shipping our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
If the package is returned without our issuing of an RMA or without the RMA # on it, a restocking fee of 15% will be applied.
If the item is damaged in transit or damaged on arrival: an exchange will be made at no cost to you.
