    Description

    Description
These are great windows that were salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian home.
They are double hung or top and bottom set.
The colors and design are wonderful.
The original frames are painted on the outside, the outsides are weathered but sturdy.
Your bid buys one upper and one lower window.
The upper measures 28.25 inches wide,  33.5 inches high, and 1.5 inches thick.
The lower measures 28.25 inches wide, 34.5 inches high, and 1.5 inches thick.
The glass only is approximately 24.25 x 30 inches in each window.
    Overall, they are in
    good co
    ndition.
There are misc. light scratches and dings as they are antique.  They could use a good cleaning.
There are a few hairlines but no missing glass. The glazing putty will need to be touched up in places. Please look at the pictures carefully.

    Terms of Sale
I accept returns only if my description is inaccurate. For example, if I pull an item from a building that I believe to be original to the house and it is later discovered to be a reproduction, or if I enter an incorrect measurement, I will allow the buyer to return the item. I describe all my items as accurately as possible with descriptions and often pictures of any damage. I try to measure within 1/8 of an inch.
    About Us
My salvage business was born of necessity in 1993 when I started restoring an old Victorian home that had seen better days. I needed doors, staircase parts, fireplace mantles and more, so I contacted the owners of a few local buildings that were scheduled for demolition. I found and purchased all of the things that I needed for my project and lots of extra treasures which I eventually resold. 17 years later this is still my full time job! I salvage whatever I can think can be reused as long as there is room in my warehouse. The warehouse is open for treasure hunting anytime by appointment. Just contact me to schedule a day and time! Thanks for visiting.  Steve and Michelle
