Excellent preowned condition. Looks and feels like new. Partners please by Malcolm Modes black, size medium, petticoat. Made in the USA 🇺🇸 Waistband has a space that allows the elastic to be pulled through to tighten for perfect fit. Elastic unstretched is approximately 12 inches. Elastic stretched is approximately 20 inches at the waist. both measurements are across the waist when laying down. So approximately double that measurement would go around the whole elastic in the waste band. Two layers of fabric and each layer has four gathered sections. It's very full.
