These heavies are neither overstretched, nor inflexible (as they are when they arrive in new condition). They are almost entirely broken in, but not yet overly flexible. While Ultra Lite Black suede sole models by Fays provide maximum flexibility, these Gray suede sole shoes retain more support and stability over time for very competitive Irish dancers. The hard work of breaking these shoes in so they are no longer stiff has already been done.
These are the perfect heavies for a competitive dancer who only has a short time to break in a new pair of shoes before a major. They are in prime shape and can be worn for competition within about a week's time.
Fays White tops retail for 0. This pair of heavies was then re-tipped with Rutherford's Sound-blaster sand glass tips for . These tips are the loudest available on the Irish dance market and provide excellent stability on toe stands. The shoes themselves provide terrific flexibility and durability and are Gray Suede soled - the most durable sole besides Fays' traditional leather soles.
The shoes remain in excellent condition with no tears. The only markings on the shoes are the phrases "Good Luck!" written on each shoe's interior, respectively.
