Excellent post-war reproduction of a very rare WW2 Polish calvary regimental badge of the 3rd Calvary Regiment based in the Suwalki garrison (3 Pułk Szwoleżerów Mazowieckich im. płk Jana Kozietulskiego). Quality European manufacture with fantastic level of detail. Silvered bronze; the badge and back screw are completely unmarked. Multi-piece construction bronze badge with white and yellow enamels; back screw nut made of brass. About 42 mm by 42 mm; total weight is about 20 gm. Excellent overall quality with attractive even patina throughout; no nicked corners, dings, or chips on the enamel; round back screw nut is nice and tight.
