The fabric and label feel nice as new.  Peach is 'bandana' print.
Cotton / poly blend.
The adjustable straps attach farmer jean style. All intact.
See photo 6 to see how straps attach to the skirt's waist band. Criss crossing them seems to be the best way to wear.
The bib could be easily cut off as well as the straps closures to turn this into a skirt. Photo 8 shows the interior of bib. It is simply attached.
Rear zipper is smooth.
There are elastics on the sides. All intact.
Brown ruffles trim the pocket, hem and and bib.
Ruffles are layered on skirt.
Small:
waist is 26" to 28".
length is 28" from waist to hem.
