WW1 US Army Wool Pullover Shirt
Original WW1 US Army enlisted wool pullover shirt, mustard-OD green wool construction with three button front, two chest pockets with button flaps, button cuffs, and oval elbow reinforcements. White cotton lining inside front chest. Appears to be a medium size. Threads on right sleeve where a Corporal rank chevron was removed, and washed out QM label inside right front tail. Inside of collar appears to have been repaired, and there are the usual minor moth nips usually associated with these shirts, the most obvious being a large hole at lower left front that goes on through the back [neither of these show when the shirt is tucked into breeches or trousers]. Always one of the harder-to-find WW1 US uniform pieces, still nice for mannequin or field pack display and is in good condition. Any questions please feel free to ask.
