    Description

WW1 US Named and documented Uniform Grouping 61st Coastal Artillery . This grouping is truly an amazing and rare piece of history. All items listed came from a well respected dealer in California and all belonged to the WW1 Veteran. His name was Frank C. William and he was with the 61st Coastal Artillery Regiment until 1919 along with earning the marksmanship badge which is very rare .
    Included in this grouping are
1-Uniform tunic with 61st and US Collar discs, Coast Artillery patch, overseas stripes and Honorable Discharge Chevron.
3-pictures 2 being small and of him overseas and the other a large studio photo of him with his Badge. Uniform in the pictures isn't the one being sold rather its his in the field uniform and the one being sold is a custom made one that would've been his coming home uniform. Thus why it has the Coast artillery patch and his other chevrons.
    1-Honorable Discharge paper
    1-copy of Birth Certificate
    1- French Souvenir Hanker-chief
1-Letter of recommendation of him as a truck drive and other paper piece
1- veteran of foreign affairs card
    1- WW1 Issue puttee
1-Pair of custom made pants for the uniform
    1-Overseas cap
This is a truly rare, amazing, and complete grouping for any collector of ww1 or Coast Artillery
